Account Executive Position Overview
As an Account Executive at Zantaz Data Resources, you will be a pivotal member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and retaining key enterprise accounts across a variety of industries globally. You will leverage your expertise in AI and data processing to identify and engage potential clients, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Zantaz’s AI Data Processing. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients across a variety of industries.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless handover to implementation teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities and results.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Zantaz Data Resources’ offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their data management strategies.
Desired Skill Set
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the data management or software industry.
• Strong understanding of AI, data processing, and archiving solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering customer value.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Compensation and Commission Eligibility
Compensation includes a non-recoverable draw against commissions of $75K as a base.
Attractive uncapped commission structure.
120-day performance period with defined Sales/KPI metrics.
Regular performance reviews and clear metrics to track success.
